Something fishy on the DLR
20 February 2008
Staff at Docklands Light Railway (DLR), the much-loved light railway that serves commuters and local residents in the South and East End of London, know that in the hustle and bustle of trying to get to where you want to be even the best of intentions can be forgotten.
Therefore, Oculus was given an interesting challenge – to produce a series of posters around safety on the railway and to encourage users to help keep stations and carriages clean for fellow travellers.
Ant-isocial!
The posters had to be eye-catching and the tone had to be just right. What better way to remind someone to take litter with them when leaving the train than to use an image of a convoy of leaf-cutter ants?
