Oculus has worked closely with award-winning home-counties estate agent Aston Mead since a successful pitch in 2013, completely rebranding the company to help create standout in this fiercely competitive sector. A significant tool in the Aston Mead marketing portfolio is its quarterly your residence magazine. The existing format was already doing a good job of positioning Aston Mead in the marketplace and showcasing its property portfolio. In addition to new design, we wrote articles, copy edited property details, and organised the printing and distribution to Aston Mead offices, for visitors and also for staff to distribute during valuations. Previous online editions hadn’t displayed well on mobiles, so we delivered a mobile-optimised online flipbook, creating a promotional email to send to Aston Mead’s database of prospects, clients and suppliers.
