Oculus transforms the Space 4U brand by developing a new eye-catching identity and producing an ecommerce website.
Space 4U Self Storage Limited is an independent self-storage provider with stores in Bracknell and Windsor. Space 4U was looking to enlist the help of a marketing partner in order to bring its current branding up to date, retain market share in a very competitive environment and also increase sales. As well as bringing the branding up to date, it also wanted to produce an ecommerce website that enabled its customers to reserve space and purchase storage-related merchandise online, as well as determining how much storage they would need using a storage size estimator tool. This would also be supported by ongoing marketing.
Oculus’ strong proposal to develop a new visual identity and long-term strategy won the pitch. We delivered a brand review/audit to gain insight into the market, target audience and competitors and a brand workshop, allowing us to understand brand aspirations, define positioning strategy and gain stakeholder buy-in. The resulting brand identity was supported by brand guidelines, defining the logo, typography, colour palette and applications. The ecommerce website, including shop and online payment functionality, was built using Kentico CMS V9 and included the storage size estimator tool. As well as the launch materials, including ads, flyers, vehicle wraps and signage, Oculus is now managing Space 4U’s ongoing marketing plan.
